Nigerian Singer Dunsin Oyekan Survives Grisly Road Accident

Popular gospel musician Dunsin Oyekan is recuperating after surviving a grisly road accident.

The singer was on his way to Lagos from Ibidan on Sunday morning, September 4 when he was involved in the road accident.

Reports indicate that despite the impact of the accident, occupants of the car survived injuries.

Fortunately, there was no loss of life.

In an update on his social media platforms, singer Tim Godfrey shared news of the accident; thanking God for Oyekan’s life.

“The devil has failed! What the enemy meant for evil, God has turned it around for the good of Min.Dunsin. This is a prophetic sound for this season. The Lord knows the plans and devices of the enemy; so he gave us this declaration ahead of time

“Let us thank God for the life of Minister Dunsin. Truly, what the enemy meant for evil, God has turned it around for his good,” Godfrey wrote.

Oyekan said he took a nap and woke up to realize that the jeep was under a trailer.

“The devil tried everything not to make me come here today. If you saw the accident scene that I came out of you can never believe that I walked out alive

“To think we were coming here, and I said let me sleep a bit so that I can be refreshed for the meeting and the next thing. I just knew we were somewhere, and the jeep had gone under the trailer,” he said.

In a separate story on GOTTA.news, a police inspector stationed at Maungu Police Station has sparked warm reactions on social media after returning money belonging to a family who survived a road accident.

Local publications reported that the inspector, identified as Job Oyagi recovered KSh 450,000 belonging to a family involved in a road accident along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.

The officer stated that rather than keeping the money for himself, he chose to return it to the family which is currently receiving treatment in hospital.

Oyagi also disclosed that there way an attempt of robbery at the accident scene before the police intervened.
