Roots Party presidential candidate Prof. George Wajackoyah has disclosed that he is considering eliminating Boda Bodas if he is elected president.
Speaking during campaigns in Busia County, the presidential hopeful noted that introduction of marijuana farming in Kenya will transform the Boda Boda sector.
Wajackoyah said Boda Boda operators will turn to marijuana farming and abandon the sector which he says has limited chances of growing.
“They (boda boda riders) will be at the forefront cultivating and exporting bhang to generate millions of money for the country,” he said.
Adding; “We shall not need boda bodas on our roads because there will be nobody to carry since most Kenyans will be millionaires with money we will generate through bhang exportation.”
As earlier reported on GOTTA.news, Wajackoyah promised to single out the flowers that have been planted on the newly constructed multi-billion Nairobi expressway for beautification, saying he will replace the flowers on the toll road with cannabis.
The presidential hopeful observed that there are a lot of spaces in the country which have not been utilised well.
He said that these spaces could be better utilised if used to cultivate bhang.
“There are flowers planted where you are standing for beautification purposes. That is a place which can yield regulated bhang
“Even the things we have on the Nairobi expressway, flowers that have died. Why do we need all that, yet people are dying? All that will be bhang,” said Wajackoyah.
