Olamilekan Agbeleshe popularly known as Laycon was on Sunday, September 27 crowned the winner of Big Brother Naija season 5.
The Big Brother Naija 2020 took 10 consecutive weeks of pure entertainment having over 20 housemates competing.

The competition between the 20 members came to an end on Sunday, September 27 when the winner was revealed as voted by the fans.
Laycon, who was described by many as a humble man was named the winner and walked away with a whooping KSh 24 million.
Laycon emerged the winner with 60 percent votes followed by Dorothy who had 21.85 percent votes.
Nengi came in at the third list position with 15.03 percent votes, Neo at fourth position with 1.93 percent votes and finally Vee with 1.18 percent.
It was not a big surprise for Laycon to win as a number of his celebrity friends in Nigeria endorsed him for the top position.
Apart from winning the wholesome money, Laycon also gained popularity.
While joining the BBNaija 2020, Laycon had four thousand followers but now he speaks of a million followers with a verified account on Instagram.

Before the winner was announced, Fireboy_dml, Rema and later on, 30 Billion Gang mates, Mayorkun and Davido entertained the audience.
