Socialite and businesswoman Vera Sidika has finally admitted that she underwent breasts enlargement.
Speaking during an interview with Kiss FM radio presenter Jalang’o, the socialite said she underwent the surgery a few years ago in Beverly Hills, USA.
Vera said she decided to have silicone filled in her breasts in order to make her body proportional, she said she had a thick body with small breasts.
She added that the surgery cost her a whooping KSh 2 million.
“I wasn’t proportional… I used to be thick but not proportional so I just decided to be proportional and added my boobs and I at least don’t wear bras anymore… It costed me KSh 2 million ($20,000). I got it done in Beverly Hills,” she said in part.
The Vera Sidika Parlour and Spa owner added that the surgery was safe as it did not interfere with her breasts and she can comfortably breastfeed.
“They don’t interfere with your breasts as you can still breastfeed. The breast has like a ka-pocket that is empty, so they normally put the implant in that pocket, so it doesn’t interfere with anything in your breasts,” the socialite explained.
However, the socialite denied enlarging her butt saying she has been thick since her high school years.
“I grew up with it that but I had a problem showing it off because I used to feel fat… but when I came to Nairobi I just decided to live my life and started wearing short dress, showing my curves and now people will appreciate it and that’s when I started embracing it. I started liking the attention… I have never added my butt,” she clarified.
In 2017, Vera elicited mixed reactions on social media after claiming that she spent over KSh 50 million in bleaching her entire body.
She added that she made more money after bleaching her skin.
“My body is my business and my source of finance, my bank account got fat after I lightened my skin,” she said.
