Media personality Oga Obinna has announced his departure after one year at Kiss 100 FM.
Obinna claimed that his employment with Kiss 100 came to an amicable conclusion after his contract expired.
“The experience has been beautiful. I have achieved my dream. I have done everything that I wanted to do. Everything I achieve from now on is extra,” Obinna told entertainment journalist Kalondu Musyimi.
He thanked the Radio Africa group for allowing him to work with them for one year.
“I’m no longer at Kiss. I have finished my contract.
“The experience has been beautiful, and I have achieved my dream and did everything I wanted to do. And everything I do from now on will be extra.
If it’s a job or a car, it will be extra. I have driven the car I wanted to drive (apart from the Range Rover Sport), lived in the houses I wanted, and worked in an organization I always wanted.
I have achieved what I wanted to do, and now we move on,” Obinna told Mpasho.
Oga Obinna replaced Jalang’o on Kiss FM after he left the radio industry for politics in February last year.

Here are some of the reactions:
Rebecca Kemuma: God is good; don’t sit on one chair the whole year; see life outside; the future is bright. All the best, bro.
Christian Kitoto: He couldn’t vibe with Kwamboka. It’s as simple as that.
Eroco Riccy: Kwambox is great. It’s way far from Kamene and Obinna..in fact obina hakuwa na content.
Jibau Jibau: He did not impress his employer. He came in with lots of unnecessary hype, which the employer noted was not productive or beneficial to the company.
