A Nairobi City County officer, popularly known as Kanjo, got more than he bargained for after entering a popular socialite’s car due to a parking violation.
The video of the incident shared by popular socialite Ntazola Gloria has the latter castigating the askari for getting into her car.
According to the video, it all began when the Kanjo askari approached Ntazola’s car after a supposed parking violation.

What’s more, he entered her car and settled in with no hint of what lay ahead of him.
In the viral video, she can be heard expressing her frustration and insulting the officer as she accelerated on the highway.
“Why have you gotten into my car? Why are you people like that? Was that an offence to make you get into my car? I’m going with you to my destination because why would you get into my car? Are you a traffic police?” she posed.
Ntazola ranted for a while, and matters came to a head when the officer realised she was recording the drama.

The subdued Askari’s attempt to plead for forgiveness from the socialite begot worse insults.
“Please don’t be like that, madam. You could just explain yourself, madam. Why are you insulting me? Can’t we talk?”
But the socialite would hear none of that:
“I’m going with you to my house. We are going to Ngong town. I am a boss, and I’m not going to work. Now let’s do this because you wanted a road trip,” she said.
The frustrated officer proceeds to make a phone call to his colleague, informing him that they were along State House Road.
It is not clear how the whole matter was resolved, but the video has stirred reactions, with many netizens siding with the socialite.
