Kenyan internet users are humorous and never pass up an opportunity to make fun of any circumstance. That was the situation with Akothee’s husband, Denis Schweizer, also known as Omosh, who has been nicknamed “Omosh the 7th”.
You’ll miss out on the excitement if I don’t explain how the name Omosh the 7th came to be.
Well, the people who came up with the term did so in keeping with William Ruto’s and Raila Odinga’s popular election nicknames in Kenya in 2022 election, “Ruto the Fifth” and “Baba the Fifth,” respectively.

I guess you get the idea now.
But while it was expected that either Ruto or Raila would become Kenya’s fifth president, Akothee’s critics and detractors say that Omosh is the seventh lover on a long list that also includes several baby daddy names and celebrities like Nelly Oaks.
And as you may already be aware, the whole charade is meant to make Omosh look naive and portray him as a sissy.
However, it doesn’t matter because, to use a cliche, “all that matters is that they love one another.”

How Akothee met her husband
In a previous interview, Akothee disclosed that on July 16, 2022, while on a business trip to Switzerland, she met the love of her life.
Akothee claimed that her longtime friend Pius had introduced her to “Omosh,” but she was unsure if he was genuinely interested in her.
“I have a Swiss friend named Pius, who I’ve known for 13 years… She said in an interview with Radio Maisha, “Pius called me when I was still in France and said he had a buddy who wanted to do business in Kenya.”
“We had a video conference, and I told his friend—who is now Omosh—about my touring business, which piqued his curiosity… Everything was pure business.
“Omosh took my phone and saved his number as ‘husband,’ although I wasn’t aware of this… He advised me not to change it.”
She further denied claims that Omosh was aware of her or her businesses prior to deciding to partner with her.
Through his friends, Omosh came to Kenya in 2019 and returned in 2021 and 2022. By that time, he was always using Bonfire Adventures and was unaware of Akothee safaris.
The mother of five added that she and Omosh intended to have three more children together.
Akothee has a history of using theatrics on social media to convey her sentiments and emotions about her life and the people around her.
Because he gets up early, she gave her lover the nickname Omosh.

The name Omondi is a boy’s name among the Luo people, meaning “born early in the morning.”
