You’ll pay dearly for betraying DP Ruto – MP Jicho Pevu tells Uhuru’s Kieleweke

Nyali MP Mohamed ‘Jicho Pevu’ Ali has called out President Uhuru Kenyatta’s political camp, Kieleweke, over mistreatment of Deputy President William Ruto.

Moha warned of massive payback to those out to betray DP Ruto warning their time to suffer the consequences was coming.

While speaking in Nyali on Monday, May 18, the lawmaker noted that the mistreatment and humiliation meted on Ruto will come back to haunt Uhuru and the entire Kieleweke political faction.

“They will bring new ministers. Bring all the shenanigans, we are ready for it but the people are waiting for you, the people are really waiting for you. Whatever that you are doing to William Ruto will be done to you. The world is a cycle, what you do unto someone will also be done to you. This is an unlawful partnership, you cannot sit down and plan how you will form the government,” said the MP.

Ali further noted that the political betrayals witnessed in the country right now are not a new thing as they started in 1963 with Jaramogi Oginga Odinga and the Jomo Kenyatta setting off the ‘betrayal series’.

“We have gone through a lot of political betrayals since 1963, the Jaramogis and Kenyattas, the Mois and Raila of this world, the Uhurus and Rutos of this world, its a country of full political betrayals, we must fix these betrayals by 2022 and make sure ukitoa ahadi, ahadi ni deni,” he added.

The former KTN investigative journalist also wondered why the government is focused on referendum talks at a time when the country is battling a public health crisis.

“I can see that you have also put in the Kenya Gazette, BBI. How do you have a referendum on political matters now and people don’t have jobs? How do you have a referendum and people’s houses are being demolished. What is wrong with you? Are your minds okay?” He posed.
