DJ Evolve makes Instagram come back 4 months after shooting incident

Disc jockey Felix Orinda popularly known as Dj Evolve has made social media comeback five months after a shooting incident at Kilimani’s B-Club that left him with serious neck injuries.

Taking to Instagram, DJ Evolve shared an old video of him playing music at a night club as he thanked his fans for the well wishes.

His fans on the other hand wished him well as he continues to recover.

“I hope each new day brings you closer to a full and speedy recovery,” Liz Lizzie wrote

“Yo lightskin…..this is the by far the best post I’ve seen whole year! God bless you,” Brenda Shiko commented.

One Prudence Tioma said; “Wishing you more strength with each coming day.”

“How I’ve missed you. You’ll be fine it was just a stumbling block,” Christine Ndiema wrote.

DJ Evolve, was shot twice in the neck by Embakasi East MP Babu Owino in what some said it was a joke gone bad.

In a CCTV footage that was widely shared online, Babu is seen surrounded by other revelers when the DJ falls from the impact of the bullet, Babu and his assistant then quickly rushed the injured entertainer to the Nairobi Hospital where he was admitted in critical condition.

However, over the last week, Babu Owino revealed that the DJ had been discharged from hospital.

“DJ Evolve has been discharged from the hospital… We are in communication and what I must say number one, there is no saint without a past, number two I would like to dwell on my past so much because I can’t change my past but I can change my future. Then every other thing that happened is between me and God and I chose to forgive myself,” he said.
