Firebrand lawyer Miguna Miguna has finally boarded a plane enroute to Kenya.
According to a message posted on his social media channels, the controversial lawyer is set to arrive on the morning of Wednesday, January 8.
He posted on social media that he was “home bound” and would be in the country at 9:45am.
“A Kenyan by BIRTH and RIGHT. Kenyans are not slaves. Freedom must come through the fearless the pursuit of truth and justice. See you in Nairobi,” he wrote.
Earlier Miguna said German authorities have been instructed not to allow him board flight to JKIA or any other African country.
“Lufthansa flight manager is saying that the Government of Kenya must send official communication to Lufthansa at Frankfurt office before I can be allowed to fly to Kenya or any other African country.”
This is after assuring his supporters that he would arrive in the country 9:30pm on Tuesday.
The controversial lawyer who was deported in February, 2018 is a bitter critic of President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga.
