Police are hunting down for two armed robbers who shot and injured a man at a shop in Nairobi’s Kasarani area.
The victim who has since been identified as Richard Muema is undergoing treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital’s ICU after he was shot eight times by one of the robbers.
CCTV footage seen by Gotta.news shows the two armed men making their way into the shop at around 10.30pm with one of them in maroon cap brandishing a gun.

However, a short while after, Muema gets up and rains blows on the gunman and that is when hell broke loose.
The gunman opens fire and continuously shoots as he chases him out of the shop.
Muema has since undergone surgery to remove the bullets lodged in his body.
