Anastasia Lenna shared a series of photos of herself carrying a gun and is in military uniform warning invaders from crossing into Ukraine with intent to cause harm.

Former Miss Grand Ukraine Anastasiia Lenna has sparked reactions after joining the Ukrainian military following Russia’s invasion.

The beauty who represented Ukraine in the 2015 Miss Grand International beauty contest made the announcement in an update on her Instagram page.

She also shared a series of photos of herself carrying a gun and in military uniform warning invaders from crossing into Ukraine with intent to cause harm.

“Everyone who crosses the Ukrainian border with the intent to invade will be killed,” Lenna captioned one of the photos.  

In a separate post, Lenna called on Ukrainians to remove all road signs to make it difficult for invading soldiers to navigate through Ukraine.

“Dismantling road signs on all roads of the country. The enemy has a pathetic connection, they don’t orientate the terrain. Let’s help them go straight to hell.

“The State Road Agency of Ukraine calls on all road organisations, territorial communities, local authorities to immediately start dismantling road signs nearby,” she wrote.

She has also worked as a translator and speaks five languages.

Anastasiia Lenna is a marketing and management graduate from Slavistik University in Kyiv and she previously worked as a model and public relations manager in Turkey.

On the ongoing Ukraine – Russia conflict, President Vladimir Putin on Sunday, February 27 ordered Russian nuclear deterrent forces put on high alert over Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.

Putin said on Sunday that leading NATO powers had made aggressive statements while imposing hard-hitting financial sanctions against Russia and himself.

The order raises the threat that the tensions could lead to the use of nuclear weapons.
