Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has issued an update on DJ Evolve’s health after a section of his supporters sought to know his state.
The lawmaker disclosed that the deejay is recuperating well and he will soon be on his feet again.

“He will walk soon. He’s doing well. Imebaki kidogo tu atembee (He will be walking soon),” stated Babu.
The DJ hit headlines recently after false reports indicated that he had succumbed to his injuries.
However, the family later dismissed the claims, assuring his supporters that he is fine and recuperating well.
“God forbid! Those are very dangerous rumours and I can assure you that he is okay. He is even having his lunch,” DJ Evolve’s brother Andrew Orinda said.
On the other hand, DJ Evolve’s dad, John Orinda also confirmed that his son was well, slamming those spreading the wrong information.
“He is doing fine. The device that was put on his throat is still there, he is not talking clearly yet. I have been called by another journalist asking about the same. Whoever is spreading that information is not a good person

“A person who can proclaim death on someone who is alive? What kind of a person is that? It is not good at all. I have called my son, who stays with him, and he is doing fine,” Orinda said.
