Mark Bryan: Meet dad who wears pencil skirts, high heels to prove clothes have no gender

A married man and dad of three has been wearing women’s pencil skirts and heels in while at home and official workstation since past last four years

The dad identified as Mark Bryan said he wants to prove clothes have no gender.

The 61-year-old man is an American but leaves in Germany.

He said his wife if fully supportive of his outfits and that why shunning the traditional societal roles has been easy.

Mark said that women’s wear have a certain taste that he likes, they have beautiful and many colours than the stereotypical male wears.

Mark says that when he rocks in his heels he feels empowered and more confident.

“I dress like this because I can. Just to be different,” the head coach of a football team told Bored Panda in an interview.

“I have always admired the women that wore tight skirts and heels. Not sexually, but the power they presented. I don’t dress to be sexual but to dress like any professional woman would. To me, clothes have no gender.”

The robotics engineering manager said he first started wearing heels when he was in university at the request of his then-girlfriend.

“I am just a straight, happily married guy that loves Porsches, beautiful women and incorporating high heels and skirts into my daily wardrobe,” his bio on his Instagram page reads.

Typically, Mark will wear killer heels, plaid miniskirts and suede boots which he likes to pair with a mid-calf beige pencil skirt.

“I prefer skirts to dresses,” he told Bored Panda.

“Dresses don’t allow me to mix the genders. I prefer a ‘masculine’ look above the waist and a non-gendered look below the waist.”

His love of high-heels and tight-fit skirts has led some to question his sexuality, something Mark brushes off with ease.

“Most of the time, I’ll tell them it’s none of their business. Other times, I’ll just say, I’m straight.

“There are times I’ll go off on some, mostly men, when asked. I’ll respond with something like ‘Do you ask a women wearing a skirt and heels her sexual preferences?’
