Comedian Terrence Creative has explained why he refused to give a fan KSh 100 despite the fan begging him.
In a video on his Instagram page, the comic records himself while driving through a street shortly before bumping into Nairobi gubernatorial seat aspirant Johnson Sakaja who was campaigning.
He greeted Sakaja and had a brief conversation before driving off before the fan emerged and asked the comic to give him KSh 100.
However, the comedian did not give the fan the money sparking mixed reactions online forcing him to address the matter.
Terrence said he did not give the fan the money because the place was crowded and the fan was high on drugs.
“Hapo ni campaign ground ukitoa mia watu wote watajaa hapo, uskie kio imevunjwa ama gari imelutiwa. The guy was high and was requesting the money to top up. Ingekuwa ni ya food ningempa,” the comic defended himself.

This came months after Terrence and his wife Milly Chebby revealed how they dealt with a cheating scandal that rocked their marriage in 2019.
Speaking during a recent interview, Terence said he had to tell his wife the truth before matters got out of hand.
The comedian thought it was wise to talk to his wife as he sought her forgiveness, adding that he believed his wife was the only person who would understand him as they had always fought together against the world.
“We love solving issues as a family because, at the end of the day, it is us against the world. We are human beings and we are bound to err
“The bottom line is to let your lover know about it before she gets it from other people. I told her to reduce the extent of shock. I went to her and confessed that indeed I had messed up, Terence said.
On her side, Milly thanked her husband for being honest with her at the time, noting that she knew about the cheating scandal way before the media.
”I knew about it way before it even hit the media. I really thank Terrence because he acted like how he should have acted. It was rough when I knew but thank God, Terrence told me the whole truth
