Kennedy Rapudo has confirmed that he has separated from his baby mama, Amber Ray.
Rapudo admitted they separated after he assaulted the socialite on October 13, which he blamed on alcohol.
The lawyer said he was deeply sorry for his actions and vowed he would try and convince Amber Ray to get back with him off the social media lens.

Taking to Instagram, Rapudo noted he felt he was in the wrong and even apologised to the socialite.
“Like any other marriage, we have had our moments of ups and downs, and ours wasn’t perfect either. A lot has been said, but I’ve not had the strength to address it,” he wrote.
The lawyer said he regretted his actions, apologising for beating up Amber.
“We have separated over an accident that happened while we were both drunk. It is an event that should have never happened, and I feel very sorry and in deep regret that it happened to the person that I swore to protect and love with all that I had,” he said.

Rapudo pleaded not to be judged by the incident.
“I am raising two beautiful girls, and I will never advocate for any domestic violence or gender-based violence,” he added.
He asked Ray to forgive him.
“To the mother of my beautiful daughter, I am deeply sorry and sincerely regret my action in that moment of weakness,” he said.

Amber Ray recently painted a picture of a troubled marriage on the brink of collapse and accused Rapudo of being toxic.
“I have always been a champion for love and marriage, knowing too well the joys of having a family. Having kids that look up to you, cherish and adore you because all you can do is give them what you never had, plus much more… The love and unity that a marriage should stand on becomes blurred, and eventually, it leaves you drained,” she wrote.
She added, “For my own sake, I have to choose me.” I know it will be a long couple of days or weeks for me, but I’d rather be at peace inside than project a false haven on the outside.
I’d rather speak my truth than let gossip tarnish what I have built for me and my family thus far. Things in my household have not been okay… but they will be. My family will be okay. And eventually, I will be okay.”
