It seems Jeff Koinange appreciates that Christmas is a season of giving. The celebrated anchor and talk show host made good his promise to visit the Baringo kids who wowed Kenyans with a unique dance captured in a viral video.
The three boys; Andrea Lenapir, Benson Lekachuma and Kevin Lekimariki would later disclose in an interview that they had never thought they would go viral.
From the outset, it emerged that the trio’s families live in abject poverty and Jeff had in early December opened a paybill number to help the Marigat based kids.
Folks, had the PRIVILEGE to meet the BARINGO dancing TRIO yesterday!!…What a TRIO!!!..A big THANKS to EVERYONE who made their Christmas DREAM come true!!

On Sunday, December 22, the anchor shared photos and a video of the visit where he was accompanied by among others Comedian Professor Hamo and Swahili news anchor Rashid Abdalla.
What’s more, Jeff also got a chance to perform the dance alongside the kids.
The kids’ unique dancing style endeared them to thousands of Kenyans. So much that Jeff and co-anchor Victoria Rubadiri and sports anchor Bernard Ndong’ were drawn into trying the “threesome challenge.”
