Eliud Kipchoge and his technical staff are expected to land in Vienna Tuesday morning in five-star fashion.
The Olympique marathon and world marathon holder Eliud Kipchoge jetted is expected to land in Vienna, Austria in the morning of Tuesday, October 8.
Kipchoge, 34, is in for INEOS 1:59 Challenge in which he aims to run a marathon for under two hours and show human abilities are limitless.
The challenge is bankrolled by Sir Tom, owner of chemical firm INEOS.
That being no mean feat, it was all opulence and comfort as the champion was on Monday night treated to the affluence that one of Great Britain’s richest persons, Sir Tom Ratcliffe enjoys.
Kipchoge ran the 42 Km in 2:0025 on May 6, 2017 and will hope to slice off 26 seconds to dip under the landmark two-hour barrier.
