Billionaire storms street, gives carwash attendants KSh 53k each

A Nigerian billionaire recently surprised carwash attendants after spending thousands on naira on them.

The Chairman of Chinmark Group, Marksman Chinedu Ijiomah gathered at least 24 carwash attendants in Enugu and gave them cash carrying KSh 53k, KSh 66k and KSh 78k.

The billionaire gave the men the money so that they can venture into other livelihoods of making money other than just washing cars.

In a statement on his social media page, Chinedu noted that the exercise is aimed at ensuring that talented and skillful men are taken off the streets and empowered.

The businessman added that his act of giving money to carwash attendants is not a new practice, noting that he does it every year.

He noted that he identifies car washers in Enegu every year and gives them money.

He also noted that he does follow up on them after the cash gift and helps those whose business need assistance.
