The quick burial came hours after mourners frustrated his planned burial on Friday mid-morning demanding a proper send-off.

The mourners hurled stones at the law enforcers further refilling a grave that had already been dug, claiming that they won’t allow the musician to be hurriedly buried.

According to the singer’s brother, the deceased travelled to Nairobi on June 3 where he fell ill and travelled back to Kisumu for treatment.

Upon arrival he was admitted at a local hospital before being later transferred to St Elizabeth Hospital the day after.

Further, Omondi disclosed that his brother had developed spots on his body and complained of stomachaches and shortness of breath after which he was rushed to St Jairus Hospital where he died.
