Socialite Winnie Ndagire is making headlines in Uganda afte ending gifted a UG Sh 2.5 million (KSh 77,600) shoes by American singer Akon.
The socialite was in Dubai when he bumped into Akon after which she requested to take a picture with him.

According to Uganda Online, the singer then asked Ndagire to pick a Christian Louboutin red bottom heel.
Akon later shared the a picture he took with the socialite on his Instagram page.
“First he gave me the expensive shoe now I’m on his statuses, who did I find yesterday, feel like somersaulting,” Ndagire wrote.
According to an interview she did with Satis Fashion Uganda, Ndagire said she is a travel agent working as an administrative assistant, PR and travel consultant for a company dubbed Holiday Territory.
