Kenyan internet sensation Elsa Majimbo has landed a lucrative deal with American singer Rihanna’s cosmetics brand Fenty Beauty.
Majimbo shared the news through her social media page, thanking Fenty Beauty for the opportunity.

“My 19 year old self literally got a chance to work with FentyOfficial. I’m so proud!!!! Thanking the Fenty fam they’ve been so amazing and Rihanna for this amazing brand,” the comedian captioned the videos.
This came after Fenty shared the video on its social media pages captioning it ‘weekend antics with Kenyan comic Elsa Majimbo’.
The cosmetics brand launched in September 2017 racked up a reported KSh 10 billion in sales in its first few weeks after launch.
This came six months after Majimbo bagged a lucrative deal with yet another cosmetics brand, Mac Cosmetics.
In a video posted on Twitter on May, 13 she announced her new deal stating that she’s officially a member of the Mac Cosmetics family.
“I’m working on something really cool with MAC Africa !!!! So excited. Follow my gram to catch up!” She captioned the video.
Majimbo’s fame has grown exponentially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
She shares hilarious videos on her Instagram and Twitter pages, many of which have gone viral.
Through her sensational videos, the 18-year-old comedian has won the attention of many South African fans and thus her SA nickname ‘Mpho’.
She started comedy back in 2016, when she was just 14 years old.

Her unique style of comedy delivery has blown away scores on social media including South African rapper Casper Nyovest, Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong’o and Puerto Rican International model Joan Smalls who shared her comic video on social media.
