Cartoonist Kibet Bull has reportedly been released by his abductors.
A terse message posted on X using Kibet’s personal account said he was released and dumped in Luanda
in Vihiga County.
Kibet was abducted by people believed to be state agents in December and has been missing for over
two weeks.
His release brings to five the number of abductees released.
Billy Mwangi, Peter Muteti, Bernard Kavuli, and Rony Kiplagat were released earlier today.
Peter Muteti was found in Nairobi CBD.
Mwangi was reportedly dumped by his abductors in Nyeri.

Thereafter, bloggers posted photos of Mwangi and Muteti reunited with their
parents.
Rony Kiplagat, who is the brother of cartoonist Kibet Bull, was found in
Machakos County.
Bernard Kavuli, who was abducted in Ngong, was found in Kitale.
