President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally revealed why he exit micro blogging site Twitter.
Speaking during BBI signature launch, the Head of State said that he left Twitter because it is toxic and full of negativity.
“…hata Twitter mnaona mimi niliondoka huko, niliona hii kitu ni bure, matusi tu hakuna kitu ingine inaendelea hapa,” he said.
Uhuru added that checking comments on social media always bothered him and so he decided to do a way with it for once.
He further said that he’d rather have a chat with his wife, First Lady Margaret Kenyatta than participate in Twitter’s push and pull.
“Unakaa hapo unasoma hulali… Afadhali nilale ‘bana’, nipige story hapo na mama kidogo, nilale, niende kazi dunia iendelee ama ni namna gani,” he added.
