Media personality Tony Gachoka found himself on the receiving end after his recent attack Deputy president William Ruto backfired.
Gachoka in a tweet on Monday, March 9 described DP Ruto as dishonest, vindictive and corrupt a post that didn’t augur well with tweeps.
The Pointblank host accused Ruto of amassing wealth by looting from public coffers.
He stated that he wasn’t afraid of the DP and was ready to face him any day.
“DP William Ruto following your challenge #TonyGachoka am man enough to face you any day. You’re a corrupt, dishonest & vindictive man who has amassed a fortune by looting State Resources. Your history of bloodletting in Kenya is known; so take it from me my Fren I don’t fear you,” read his post.
However, Gachoka received backlash from netizens with some daring him to report the DP to the DCI if he had any evidence instead of seeking attention on social media.
Others wondered why Gachoka was taking sides yet he was a journalist.
