President Uhuru slams Tanga Tanga faction for ‘politicising’ BBI

President Uhuru kenyatta has slammed the Tanga Tanga politicians for politisizing the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report before even Kenyans have read it.

In a veiled attack on the politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto, a visibly irritated President Uhuru urged the leaders to stop fighting and instead serve the wananchi by focusing on development.

He further blamed the faction allied to Deputy President William Ruto for dividing Kenyans for their selfish interests.

Uhuru said the leaders had been taking advantage of his silence to advance propaganda adding he was not a fool and was listening to their statements.

“They think I am a fool because before we made the document public, for one month they went around the country creating unnecessary tension and anxiety, now after we released the report again they are misdirecting Kenyans, they are confused people who have no direction.”

The president officially launched the St Francis Dispensary in the area built at a cost of KSh8 million funded by the Japanese government.
