Rift Valley Regional Police Commander Marcus Ochola has ordered a probe on Olenguruone OCS who was filmed dragging a woman tied to his motorcycle.
Ochola who spoke to a local publication, termed the act as inhumane and unacceptable.

In the video that has since gone viral, a woman is seen tied to a motorcycle as she is being dragged around the police station compound even as she screamed for help.
The woman is heard pleading with the OCS to stop and cover herself as her clothes had been pulled off by the rough path.
At the same time, a man who was cheering the OCS could be seen whipping the woman as several onlookers watched in horror from a distance.

According to some of the witnesses, the woman was one of several suspects arrested as they tried to steal from a house belonging to the deputy OCS on June 6.
