Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has sparked mixed reaction on social media after sharing a never seen TBT photo.

The photo was taken at the University of Nairobi where the legislator was studying law at the time.
“The Supreme Coat. Unitate et Labore (latin motto for “unity and work”),” Murkomen captioned the photo.
The post has so far garnered over 21,000 likes, 2,000 comments and at least 85 shares.
In 2019, the vocal legislator became a laughing stock on social media after appearing in public with an oversized Kaunda suit.
The senator had attended the burial of Homa Bay Senator Moses Kajwang’s mother.
Murkomen later cheekily joked that he needed to grow some muscles to fit in his new outfit as the problem was not his tailor.

“My tailor is saying the problem is not the design it’s me and that I should go and grow muscles. What do I tell him?” he said.
