A man from Nigeria, Kaduna sued a lady whom he sent KSh 1,400 fare to visit him at his home but she never showed up.
The man decided the only way to retrieve his money was to take the case to a magistrate court.

The man complained that the woman failed to visit him and gave out silly excuses.
After the court heard his story, it gave out a ruling directing the bank associated with the woman to reverse the money to the man.
The man finally received his money back.
The story was shared on Twitter by user @Wizzfaruk who wrote:
“So my guy sent KSh 1,400 to this babe to come over from Zaria to Kaduna only for her to start giving silly excuses and try to play him.
“To cut story short Baba carry matter go court them send back him money via court order. Right move or not?
