Suna East MP Junet Mohamed and Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho were engaged in a heated social media exchange over ODM politics.
It all started when Joho declared intrest in the top seat arguing that he had supported ODM leader Raila Odinga for long.
The declaration did not go well with Junet who in turn informed Joho to prepare to meet Raila’s team in the ballot.
“My friend let’s meet at the ballot… Hassan Joho,” Junet wrote.
Moments later, Joho fired back at Junet saying he is prepared to meet them at the ballot.
“My friend where else did you expect us to meet if not the ballot? @Junet Mohamed,” he responded.
As if that was not enough, Junet fired back at the county boss asking him to come clean on his intentions instead of beating around the bush.
“Gov, they say when a Hyena wants to eat it’s children it first accuses them of smelling like goats… Weka kadi zote juu ya meza,” Junet wrote.
The exchange elicited mixed reactions with city lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi saying the argument was a clear indication that ODM party is slowly sinking and it will eventually drown.
“The implosion of ODM is total and complete. Everyone that matters has left or is about to leave. Hon Junet Mohamed can be crowned the Deputy Party Leader,” he wrote.
