Kenyans have been wowed by a viral video that shows three Baringo boys “dancing their necks out” during a public function.
The interest generated by the kids’ dancing style, which involves moving their necks, saw Citizen TV trace them to the Goiberere village in Elduma in Baringo county.
It has emerged that Andrea Lenapir, Benson Lekachuma, and Kevin Lekimariki are from humble backgrounds.
Further, they said they never anticipated they could go viral.
“We were just filmed dancing, and we were surprised when people showed us the video, which has so far spread to the whole country,” said Lenapir.
The copious and unusual talent of the three boys must have moved Jeff Koinange to spur his colleagues Victoria Rubadiri and Bernard Ndong to try the sleek moves.

In the video captured during the live TV newscast and later shared by Jeff Koinange, the three are seen moving their necks in an attempt to replicate the kids’ smooth moves.

But it’s evident the three are struggling, which is permissible given their necks may not be that flexible after all.
