Floyd Mayweather’s ex-girlfriend and mother of three his children Josie Harris has been found dead in her car by police.
The 40-year-old aspiring actress was discovered unresponsive on Monday, March 10 night when police in Valencia, California were called at around 10 pm.
Harris was pronounced dead at the scene with police not treating her death as suspicious.
The coroner’s office has not released a cause of Harris’ death.
Mayweather, the former world champion boxer, and Harris broke up in 2010 after multiple allegations of domestic abuse.
The two had spent more than 10 years together and had three children: Koraun, Zion Shamaree, and Jirah.
Josie had a troubled relationship with Mayweather. He was convicted of attacking her back in a 2010 domestic violence incident and later served 2 months behind bars.
Years later, Mayweather denied the violent allegations during an interview with Katie Couric … saying,
“Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. So if they say that’s domestic violence, then, you know what? I’m guilty. I’m guilty of restraining someone.”
Mayweather is yet to post anything about the incident.
