Lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has said the Building Bridges Initiative report has cleared way for deputy President to contest for president in 2022.
Ahmednassir who hailed President Uhuru Kenyatta as a political genius said the president handled the BBI report in a manner that ensured that both Deputy President William Ruto and ODM leader Raila Odinga were not privy to the contents of the report.
“When Hon Raila was shouting himself hoarse about the content of the BBI he just had zero Idea on the true content. When Hon Ruto was threatening brimstone and fire about the BBI he had zero idea on the true content. Only H.E Uhuru was in the loop “
The lawyer further opined that the BBI roots for continuation of Jubilee rule.
“H.E Uhuru gave Hon Raila Co-ownership of the BBI reports but denies him political benefits. H.E Uhuru shutout Hon Ruto of the BBI process, but clears his path for 2022. In essence H.E Uhuru says “Jubilee…kumi tena”
The report released on Thursday, November 26 seems to have a struck a cord with both the Kieleweke and Tanga Tanga political factions.
