“Just do your job as a president and head of state, do not be deterred by these people…and if the agents can’t perform, then fire them.
“Don’t waste time and don’t even think about it. When you have a flat tire…like you seem to have now with security agencies, just change it… Do not react to this idiocy,” said Mututho.
Ng’eno was on Monday, September 7 arrested after his remarks on Uhuru’s relationship with Deputy President William Ruto.
The MP accused Uhuru of mistreating DP Ruto and told him to wait for his term to end and retire peacefully just like former Presidents Daniel arap Moi and Mwai Kibaki.
He also said President Kenyatta should start packing ahead of his return to his Gatundu home when his term ends in 202 and that he should dissolve the government and quit if he is uncomfortable working with DP Ruto.
Ng’eno’s remarks elicited mixed reactions across the country forcing his party, KANU to expel him.
KANU Secretary General Nick Salatsaid the MP caused shame to the party after publicly attacking President Uhuru Kenyatta and his wider family.
“His conduct has been unbecoming and in contravention of the leadership and Integrity Act. We are therefore parting ways and we are giving an opportunity to seek a fresh mandate from the people of Emurua Dikir from any other party,” Salat said.
Salat said as a party they expect the MP to resign voluntarily, adding that they are ready for a by election.

“He should never call himself a member of Kanu again. He has the option of resigning from Parliament failure to which we will go for our ticket,” he added.
