A man was on Tuesday, August 11 arraigned before Kibera Law Courts and accused of abusing Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka contrary to computer misuse and Cybercrime Act.

Mose claimed that Kalonzo and Wambua were behind Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu’s impeachment.

Mose did not take plea after his lawyer requested the case to be transfered to Kitui where the said offence took place.

The suspect’s lawyer also argued that witnesses are in Kitui.

However, the prosecutor through a state counsel defended Mose’s arraignment in Nairobi saying that he resides in Nairobi and that the matter had been probed by officers from Nairobi.

Senior principal magistrate Charles Mwaniki directed the prosecution team to facilitate his transfer to Kitui Law Courts where he will be arraigned.
