In an Instagram post, Sunday, March 22, Vera described her relationship with the Tanzanian doctor as “toxic”.
This was after Halima, a fan, slammed Vera for her failed relations saying, “we know you are the problem now. not them you.”
Halima’s statement appeared to have rubbed Vera the wrong way who swore she could not stay in a toxic relationship for the sake of impressing people.
“I walked out of my relationship coz I’m not gonna stay in a toxic one just to impress people like you. You can think whatever you like at the end of the day I’m the one who’ll face the challenges so I will eliminate what’s not good for me.
If u like say whatever, strangers on the internet will never let me tolerate bullshit from a man just to show the world that I’m still in relationship. Hell nah. I will always put myself first. On God!!!” She responded.
About a month ago when their break up rumours emerged, Vera through her Insta-stories said that women too can be loyal, loving and dedicated to her man but also gets tired of all the inconsistency and childish behavior the guy was giving.
Before Chansa, Vera was dating Kenyan musician Otile Brown.
