“The sensitivity of this matter should not be understated and as such we have been treating this matter with the utmost privacy and humanity,” read the statement.

The record label added that the two will be subjected to life and mental wellness sessions after returning from their trip to the coast.

“As his label, we have been actively creating an environment to enhance Nviiri’s mental wellness as part of our D.O.P.E culture. As such, the same will continue into the future. The journey of mental wellness is a marathon, not a sprint

“That said, as both parties arrive into the city, we have a life and wellness mental sessions awaiting for them with a specialist in the field. We believe offering a hand in these times is paramount,” added the record label.

As earlier reported on GOTTA.news, Elodie had accused Nviiri of being abusive adding that she had a hard time dating him.

“Physical, mental, verbal and emotional abuse towards women is unacceptable. I want to make it clear that I am not dating Nviiri

“We just met in coast and the reason why I left him is the same reason that has come up as we are ‘respectful friends’,” she wrote.

The statement came days after she disclosed that she is battling depression after losing someone she termed so close to her.

Through a lengthy Instagram post, she revealed that she decided to share her plight publicly to prove that she doesn’t live a perfect life as portrayed on social media.

“I recently lost someone close to me and it’s shattered me. I made this when I wasn’t in the right state of mind then went back and fourth trying to decide if I should post it or not. I’ve finally decided to because I feel like sometimes I make everything in my life seem perfect online when it reality I’m just as human as you
