Police launch investigations as woman,60, defiles boy, 12

Police officers in Nyeri Town are investigating an incident in which a 60-year-old woman is accused of defiling a 12-year-old boy.

According to reports the woman who is a neighbour to the boy in King’ng’o area, invited the child to her house where she sexually defiled him.

The boy the reported the to her parents that he was sexually abused by the woman and threatened not to say.

“My child was, thereafter, threatened by the elderly woman that he would be killed if he speaks out,” said the boy’s mother.

“Every day, I have to walk him to school because he fears being kidnapped and harmed by his abuser,”

The parents of the boy now wants police officers to take action and arrest the suspect.

“Justice needs to be served before the boy makes a regrettable decision,” said the child’s uncle.

In a separate report, Chaos ensued in at Kiamaciri Police Station in Mwea, Kirinyaga County after a standard eight pupil stormed in the station demanding for arrest of a teacher

According to the student,the teacher defiled her and warned her against reporting the case.

“We were warned against reporting this matter… even our deputy head teacher told us we will not receive our certificates if we report,” A student said
