The two widows went before the court and now wants Wangui to pay the money which they stated will cater for the mortuary an funeral expenses

They said that the Parliament will not pay any amount if they delay past November 26

They also asked the alleged lover to take DNA samples to confirm fatherhood

“In order for justice to be served to all parties, we have no objection to the plaintiff’s medical experts taking samples from the deceased’s body for DNA analysis to determine the alleged children’s paternity,” the widows said.

Grace and Cristabel further stated that Wangui never informed them anything when she went to court

“The injunction order issued is disruptive as the burial for the deceased has been set for November 28, in Matungu constituency, Kakamega County. That grave injustice will be caused if the injunction is maintained and the burial arrangement scuttled and the DNA return a negative result.”
