Fidel Odinga’s ‘secret’ woman opposes DNA test on twins

The succession battle for Fidel Odinga’s estate has taken a new twist after mother of twins allegedly sired by Fidel Odinga objected to the DNA test orderd by the court.

In court papers filed by the woman and seen by Gotta.news, the woman, through her lawyer John Sakwa argues that she objects the taking of the DNA test on the grounds the test will negatively affect the twins psychologically.

She further argues that she is the only one who knows the father of the twins adding she is not interested in the estate of the late Fidel.

She further posits that that Ida is using her twins to fight Lwam.

In an interesting twist, the woman in an interviews with K24 digital, further claims she was neither a second wife to Fidel nor a lover, they were just friends.

The woman has applied to be enjoined as an interested party in the case pitting Fidel’s widow, Lwam, and her in-laws, Ida Odinga and Winnie Odinga.

“The petition is marred with ill and malicious motives creating a tussle with the deceased’s widow on one side and the deceased mother and siblings on the other side,” said her lawyer in the court affidavit dated October 18, 2019.

In what could complicate the case, the woman claims Ida has never seen the twins nor supported them.

Justice Muchelule ordered the DNA test before continuing with the succession case in which the Odinga’s want to be granted letters of administration alongside Lwam.
