Former Nairobi Diaries actress Stacy Vugutsa popularly known as Pendo has been indicted at a Mombasa court after failing to pay a hotel bill.
It is reported that the actress had failed to pay KSh 208,000 bill she had piled up at the English Point Marina Hotel.

According to the information given to court, the socialite had managed to pay KSh 145,000 out of the KSh 330,000 she had accumulated.
Pendo then asked the hotel management to let her pay the remaining amount in two days time.
The beautiful lady was unable to pay the amount as she had promised.
She was then blocked from leaving the hotel before she pays the debt in full.
The management then decided to report her to police after chasing her to pay the money in two weeks time but the efforts seemed fruitless.
It was reported that Pendo had visited the hotel with unidentified man.
The two spent some quality days together in the prestigious hotel before the mysterious man dumped her.
She was arraigned at the Mombasa law court before magistrate David Odhiambo on Friday, October 9.
She denied the charges and was released on Ksh. 100,000 bond or an alternative cash bail of Ksh.35,000.

The thespian was ordered to pay the money before March 15, 2021 when the case will be heard again.
