Churchill Show comedian Prof Hamo has opened up on his failed relationship with fellow comedian and baby mama, Jemutai.
Speaking in a recent interview, the comedian also spoke on demanding a DNA test of their two children, adding that he wanted to keep the matter under wraps.
He, however, defended herself noting that he did the DNA test just to make sure that he was the legitimate father of their three kids.
“I did a DNA test. In every relationship, when you get yourself in that situation, you are advised to do the test. It is something we had to go through together. I wanted to keep it private, but it ended up in the media,” Hamo said.
Hamo also discussed his reasons for leaving radio noting that it was limited and denied him the opportunity to handle his other businesses.
“I was losing jobs and clients because I would take the down payment only to fall asleep in my parked car and wake up way past the agreed time,” he stated.
After being accused of neglecting their kids in a highly publicized scandal in 2021, Hamo apologised to Jemutai by admiting his mistakes adding that he was communicating with Jemutai to patch things up.
“Life has a way of forcefully instilling wisdom into someone. A lot happened, so much was said, both positive and negative in the same breath. If an apology is to be made then it should be soul searched, true, and from deep down,” he wrote.
“Apologies are made when someone realises and owns up to their mistakes. I had to go back to family and make good with them otherwise all this would have been a facade. We are patching up things, not there yet but headed there by His grace.”
He also thanked his wife, Zippy, for standing by his side, further revealing that his boss Daniel Ndambuki and celebrity pastor Robert Burale helped him and Jemutai solve their indifferences.
