Private detective Jane Mugo to vie for political seat in 2022

Private detective Jane Mugo has revealed her plans to vie for a political office in the 2022 General Election.

Speaking recently, the operative who has been working closely with the government has noted that she is ready to get to the office and serve her people.

Mugo said her longstanding experience as a public servant will enable her serve her constituents diligently.

She will be vying for Kirinyaga County Women Representative seat.

“I have served Kirinyaga people and Kenyans at large in various capacity especially orphanage homes, churches and schools as a private citizen for the last 22 years. I won’t mind doing it in elective capacity because giving back is in my blood,” Mugo said.

This comes almost two weeks after comedian Jasper Muthomi, alias MC Jessy announced that he would contest for South Imenti parliamentary seat.

The announcement comes days after he received an endorsement from the constituency’s elders on Saturday, November 6.

“This weekend I was grateful and humbled by the elders that raised me and who are from my home constituency of South Imenti when they honored and bestowed on me the blessings and responsibilities to lead South Imenti Constituency as the Member Of Parliament,” he stated.

Other celebrities who have announced plans to vie for elective positions in 2022 include Rufftone, Tony Kwalanda, Xtian Dela, Jalang’o and Alex Mwakideu among others.
