70 male Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidates from the Anestar Bahati Boys have been expelled from school for sneaking into Anestar Precious Girls Secondary School in Nakuru county.
The form four students will now be required to make plans on how they will sit for their remaining papers.
On the same note, they will have to make arrangements of where they will be staying until their National Examinations are over.
This comes after ten candidates from Anestar Bahati Boys got arrested after breaking into the girls’ school at night.
It is reported that the boys whose mission remains unknown sneaked into Anestar Precious Girls secondary school on the night of Thursday, April 8.
Through a tweet, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) confirmed that the students were arrested and detained at the Githioro Police Station.
“Ten KCSE students from Anestar Bahati Boys in Nakuru, are in custody after they broke into a girl’s dormitory in the nearby Anestar Precious Girls secondary school,” tweeted DCI.
The 10 candidates were nabbed after the girls raised an alarm.
According to DCI, police had to shoot in the air to scare away the defiant boys.
