Outspoken Nyali MP Mohammed Ali amazed many during his visit to Gatanga, Murang’a County after eloquently speaking the Kikuyi language.
The lawmaker had accompanied Deputy President William Ruto who was seemingly startled at how Ali was fluently speaking Kikuyu.
Other than speaking Kikuyu, Ali also cited Bible verses that warns authoritarian regimes against making laws that oppress their subjects.
“Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless
“What will you do on the day of reckoning, when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help?” Ali partly read the book.
KK: Music is food for the soul, I totally disagree with the messaging but the execution and charisma is perfect. My long held suspicions that you are Kikuyu or you were sired by a Kikuyu have been confirmed, the crowd may sing with you but it doesn’t mean they are with you
Frank Kamau: This guy speaks better Gikuyu than me, his so fluent. Iko shida mahali. This must be addressed via BBI immediately
Agwah Mark: A preacher of hate and division…you don’t have to teach people to hate an individual. Just articulate your issues and what you can offer Kenyans. Small minds discuss people
Boniface Nyongesa: Poverty is a very bad thing. It makes ones bright brains go to waste. I am ashamed of having ever listened to you. By the time dust settles you will be wondering what happened
