Former Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko and his family are elated after his adopted son Moses Gift Osinya completed High School.
Osinya was among the thousands of students who sat for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) that ended on Wednesday, April 21.
The young man, upon completion of his last paper donated some his personal effects to needy students.
Osinya donated his textbooks, beddings, uniforms among others to a needy form three student at the Lenana school where he studied for the last four years.
His stepmother Primrose Mbuvi shared a video of Osinya moments after reaching home where the mother disclosed he had home empty handed after donating his school materials.
”Done with High School, pongezi my son.” Primrose captioned a photo of her with Moses in his school uniform.
‘‘Someone donated all his books, beddings, uniforms and box to Form 3 needy student. Good deeds family,” Primrose shared.

“Today was again a moment of great joy and a big milestone for us as a family when Master Gift Osinya completed his KCSE at the Lenana School.
My son Gift, I am so proud of you, and truly grateful to God for the blessing you have been in our lives.” He wrote.
The former Nairobi governor adopted Moses Osinya and his brother Satrine Osinya in 2014 after a terrorist attack inside a church in Mombasa that took away their mother. Satrine who was 18 months only at that time.
