Popular personality Terryanne Chebet has shared online how a potential job seeker lost a job position in her company after she learned that he had been sending her flirty messages on her direct messages on Instagram.
According to Chebet, the man was only minutes to getting the job only for her to turn down the request after seeing what she says messages she never liked.
After sharing the screenshots on Twitter, other users joined in the conversation saying her move was unnecessary.
“I am all about shooting your shot, but not when you’re actively job hunting. Got an inbox, good candidate, mailed him to book an interview, only to scroll up on IG to see messages he had been sending me, which I hadn’t seen. The End. Like, the end.”
The man had previously complimented the media personality for good interview and later noted how he liked her kissable lips.
He also admitted to liking her and would want to date her.
Social media users were however not pleased with Chebet’s move to expose the man.
@Mungaicess: “As much as I do not agree with you on posting this here, it’s just wrong but the man was also wrong. You don’t send such messages to your employer, it’s just unprofessional.”
@RodgersKipembe: “Kindly employ him, I don’t see anything offensive.”
@purplerain69824: “The guy is honest but still needs a job. Get the guy and let him know you are recruiting him because of his skills and not other matters. Hopefully, Terry will not come back on Twitter to say there are no loving men in Kenya.”
@Itonga10: “Just another mischievous boy trying a shortcut to wealth. Give him the chance (internship) he has already learned a life lesson.”
