Miss Morgan speaks on legal battle with baby daddy after neglecting his child

Actress Angel Nyawira Waruinge, alias Miss Morgan famed for her role on Citizen TV’s Tahidi High recently opened up on her life as a single mother.

The actress was forced to raise her daughter single handedly after her baby daddy abandoned them and took off.

“I am a single mother and I don’t have a husband. It will be so selfish of me to leave my child all alone. That is not the kind of family set-up I was brought up in,” she said.

Miss Morgan also revealed that she was embroiled in legal battle with her baby daddy afte he completely neglected his fatherly duties.

However, the case took so long to the point where the actress gave up on the court and decided to raise her daughter alone.

“I tried to follow the law, but it got to a point where I gave up and said I was not going to force him to be in his daughter’s life. I went to court, and he asked for DNA. It came back 99.9 percent of him,” said Miss Morgan.

She added:

“I have a brother, a dad, and so a man figure doesn’t have to be a dad. Those are enough people who can stand with my daughter, and I can struggle with my daughter.”

As earlier reported on GOTTA.news, the actress disclosed how her body size almost halted her acting career.

Speaking to Radio Jambo’s Massawe Japani, the actress said she lost many acting roles over what directors and producers termed as imperfect body size.

The discouraging incidents forced her to focus on a fitness regime to cut wait so as to land TV roles.

”Actually, losing weight is something I started thinking about back in 2016. I was not fat but the weight made me to have low self-esteem. Also, my weight used to deny me many acting roles and works.” Miss Morgan revealed.
