Former Nairobi Diaries cast Diana Clara Ojenger, alias Mishi Dora was arraigned in court for obtaining services by false pretense.
The controversial actress was presented before the Kibera Law Courts after failing to pay a KSh 152,550 bill at a city restaurant.
According to court documents, the mercurial socialite who is a mother of one walked into Golden Ice Bistro at Nextgen Mall on May 26 and left the following morning.
Reports say that Mishi organized the party to celebrate the release of a Nigerian film dubbed Olaedo which she appeared in.
On the said day, according to photos shared online, the socialite rocked a black robe which had a touch of gold, a sleek pair of heels and a black wig.
She ordered six bottles of Belaire Luxe at KSh 75,000, seven Hennessey bottles at KSh 70,000, two chicken breasts, Redbull energy drinks and water.
However, when it was time to pay, Mishi claimed that her ATM had issues and she was unable to settle the bill.
After negotiations with staff at the club, she requested the club manager Dennis Munyasia to escort her to her home in Lavington to collect some cash to settle the bill.
However, after an hour, she changed her mind and asked to pick an artiste at the airport and despite waiting for hours, no one showed up.
Mishi then requested the manager to hive her until Monday, May 30 to fix the issue with her ATM and settle the bill.
They excused her but she did not meet the end of the bargain forcing the club to file a report at Akila Police Station.
Mishi was released on a KSh 50,000 cash bail and an alternative bond of KSh 200,000.
