Lillian Ng’ang’a Speaks On Revelation That Changed Her Life 4 Years Ago

At what point does
someone abandon the quest for vanities and identify things that matter the most to
them?

Well, Lillian Ng’ang’a
has lend a glimpse to her moment of illumination that she had four years ago,
and which according to the former Machakos County First Lady transformed her life.

She disclosed this on
her Instagram page on March 2, writing:

“I discovered
minimalism 4 years ago and life has never been the same. No hoarding, no
impulse purchases, no clutter. Pure bliss!”

Lillian, who is
currently pregnant for rapper Juliani went on to ask her fans and followers what they
should have let go of, saying:

“Are there things
in your home( no rejects) that you have to let go of? I have an idea.”

There’s no doubt that
it takes a lot of will power to part ways with someone of Governor Alfred
Mutua’s stature and opulence.

The two parted ways in
August last year with Lillian gradually opening up about the genesis of the
dramatic parting of what otherwise appeared like a model couple.

In a past interview,
Lillian related how she saw the casual manner which Mutua treated deaths of his drivers,
something she found appalling.

She recalled how one
of her bodyguards who had just dropped her home later on died in a road
accident.

She said that he
wasn’t even mourned and life went on as if nothing had happened.

Another incident followed that made her to reconsider her future with the governor.

“Then my personal
driver also later died and the same thing happened. In fact, I got a new driver
the following morning. The two incidents hit me hard.

That disregard for their
lives, just because they were security officers, also contributed to me
separating from Alfred. I was like, so if it was me dead, then this is how life
would have continued.”
